About Us & Company History

Garden City Computers were established in 2023 to build high quality Gaming systems for consumers in the Hertfordshire area.
This was later expanded to include Laptop/Desktop repairs and all other home IT issues

Company founder Matthew Hunt wanted to help the local community by providing IT Services and quality built Gaming PC's at an affordable price for everyone.
Matthew has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years starting as a Production Assistant for an IT company building everyday PC's and deploying Operating Systems with specialist software, where he later became the Production Manager and running a busy department.
Later moving onto PC/Laptop/MAC repairs developing new skills and techniques to diagnose and repair systems effectively.
Matthew then moved into IT Support and has been working as a 1st/2nd/3rd Line Support before moving into Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Starting his own business Garden City Computers he wants to use his knowledge and experience gained by helping the local community with any IT issues they require.
